Garth graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Accounting.  He then attended Rutgers University School of Law graduating with a J.D. in 1995.  Garth has been appearing in court on a regular basis for over 15 years primarily as an immigration and civil litigation attorney.  Garth is currently licensed to appear in immigration courts throughout the U.S., in the State Courts of New York, Connecticut and California as well as the New Jersey Federal District Court, EDNY Federal Court, CDCA Federal Court, Connecticut Federal District Court and the 9th Circuit and 2nd Circuit Courts of Appeal.  

Garth grew up in Connecticut and has practiced law extensively in both New York and California.  He has represented clients in immigration courts throughout the U.S. as well as handling civil matters in state courts in New York, Connecticut and California and civil and immigration matters in Federal Courts.  He believes in zealous representation and creative thinking to achieve the goals of his clients.  Garth has filled the role of Senior Immigration Attorney, Director of Immigration and Senior Attorney at various law firms in New York and California.
