Family-Based Immigration
Reuniting families is at the heart of U.S. immigration policy, but navigating the immigration system can be complex and overwhelming. At Premium Legal Partners, we are dedicated to helping families come together and stay together by guiding clients through every step of the family-based immigration process.
Family-based immigration includes both immediate relative petitions (for spouses, unmarried children under 21, and parents of U.S. citizens) and family preference categories (for siblings, adult children, and relatives of green card holders). We assist with a wide range of petitions, including marriage-based green cards, adjustment of status, consular processing for relative abroad, and removal of conditions on permanent residency. Our team also handles complex matters such as Request for Evidence (RFPs), denials, and expedited processing requests when urgent situations arise.
Navigating U.S. immigration law can be overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Whether you're helping a spouse, parent, child, or sibling come to the U.S., our goal is to reunite and protect your family while providing clear, effective legal guidance every step of the way.
Employment-Based Immigration
The United States offers a variety of employment-based immigration options for professionals, skilled workers, and employers seeking to bring talent from abroad. At Premium Legal Partners, we assist businesses and individuals in navigating the complex and highly regulated process of employment-based immigration, helping clients secure work visas and permanent residency based on employment.
Employment-based immigration includes two categories, non-immigration work visa and immigration visas. Common non-immigration work visas include H1B (Specialty Occupations), L-1(Intra-Company Transferee), O-1 (Individuals with Extraordinary Ability) and E-2 and E-3 (Investor Visa). Common immigration visas include EB-1 (Priority Workers), EB-2 (Professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability), EB-3 (skilled workers, professionals, and other workers and EB-5( Immigrant investors).
Whether you're an employer sponsoring a foreign national or a professional pursuing work opportunities in the U.S., our team provides strategic legal guidance tailored to your goals. We handle both temporary non-immigration work visas and permanent immigrant petitions across a range of industries and job categories.
